Maturity is when you know the other
person is lying but you just smile and let it go.
Maturity is cry silently, wipe your
tear and smile back again.
Maturity is knowing that when your
mood is down you should not trust the
way you see yourself.
Maturity is a bitter disappointment for
which no remedy exists, unless laughter
could be said to remedy anything.
I think part of maturity is knowing who you are.
Maturity is that time when the mirrors
in our mind turn into Windows and instead
of seeing the reflection of ourselves we see others.
